What's in the box

The free plugin covers the basics. Pro adds the workflows that get treasurers their Sundays back.

Member database

Roster, contact info, membership levels, renewal dates. Every supporter in one place, not scattered across five spreadsheets.

Donations & dues

One-time gifts, recurring contributions, voluntary dues, annual memberships. Works for orgs that charge dues and orgs that don't.

Newsletter

Compose with the WordPress block editor. Send to all members or a segment. No third-party service to pay or migrate when its pricing changes.

Events calendar

Public event listings, RSVPs, attendance tracking. Synced with the same supporter records as donations and dues.

Email automation (Pro)

Welcome sequences, lapsed-member nudges, renewal reminders, donation thank-yous. Set once, runs on autopilot.

Recurring on Stripe (Pro)

Monthly, quarterly, or annual giving on Stripe. Failed-payment retry handled. Customer self-serve cancel via Stripe's portal.

Why this exists

Most "nonprofit software" is built for orgs with a paid IT staff and a real budget. The other 99% of small groups, faith communities, mutual aid networks, sports clubs, PTOs, community councils, end up paying $200 a month across five SaaS tools or running spreadsheets that the board chair maintains in their spare time.

Nonprofit Manager is the WordPress plugin a small org can install on a Saturday morning and replace most of those tools. The free version is enough to run a real org. Pro adds the recurring-donation, automation, and segmentation workflows that scale as the org grows.

Built by Eric Rosenberg at Rosenberg Digital LLC. In production at CACC in Ventura, CA.
